+ how long do I have to wait to see results?
Personal branding is a long-game strategy. However, we have had clients have had success starting the first week that we implement their strategy. Seeing results depends on what your goals are for your personal brand. In general, we have a 3-month benchmark once the strategy has been implemented assess how it is adapting and make any major changes to the strategy after the initial 3-months. Our team has a proprietary process that spends quality time analyzing our clients' voice, style, tone, industry, and previous work. After studying our clients' work, we begin creating content and share our work with our clients weekly for feedback and edits. Our team makes notes of the feedback and edits to create a smoother process the longer we work together.
+ what is the process for establishing your clients' voices?
During the onboarding process, we have a proprietary process used to help our team get familiar with our cleints' voices. This process includes sending our clients a New Client Questionnaire, deeply researching previous work written or recorded by our clients, and conversations that we have in the onboarding process.

Yes, we have worked to develop unique strategies with companies that want to leverage their executives’ personal brands to support and grow their company’s brand. In the past, we have worked alongside internal marketing and communication departments as well as the individual executives to create customized strategies that align the executives’ unique personal brands to the company’s overarching goal.

Yes! We are accustomed to working alongside companies’ internal communication teams as well as individuals’ communication teams. We make sure to talk directly and align ourselves with these communication teams in order to build a structured and seamless integration.

We get it. You are a busy, high-level professional. You don’t have the time to invest in building your personal brand yourself, micromanage and create content, or tactically execute engagement.
